IT outsourcing (ITO)
We provide IT management services to day-to-day management and operation of IT assets and processes. Major components of our IT outsourcing offer include:
- Applications Management - this component of our offer includes a wide variety of applications services, processes and methodologies for maintaining, enhancing and managing custom applications, packaged software applications or network-delivered applications.
- Help Desk Management - we provide centralised information and support management service s to handle your company's internal queries and operational problems.
- Operations Services - we handle the transfer of all or part of the day-to-day system management responsibility from your IT infrastructure (host/data center, client/desktop or connectivity/network) and, in some cases, including the ownership of the technology or personnel assets.
Enterprise Applications Outsourcing
Logica specialisation in long term relationships involves purchasing ongoing applications services for managing, enhancing and maintaining custom or packaged applications software in the server/host or desktop environments.
Providing applications outsourcing, we isolate the services specifically delivered in a longer-term contract in support of the life cycle of applications and help desk services are usually limited to user support. Our services may be provided at the client site or off-site and contracts specify that, although IT assets are owned by the client or a third party, may include the transfer of client employees, assets and facilities.
